Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WorldLens ("WorldLens", "we", "us"), based in New York, United States. They govern your access to and use of our website and the early-access program (together, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, joining the early-access list, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Early-access program

WorldLens is in pre-launch. Joining early access places you on a waitlist. It does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing. Invitations are extended at our discretion and in the order we determine.

Features, illustrations, tiers, and pricing shown on this site are indicative and subject to change before and after launch. Any "founding pricing" or similar offer applies only if and when we make it available, on the terms stated at that time.

Accounts

The current site does not create user accounts. When accounts become available, you will be responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Not financial advice

All market figures, signals, confidence scores, source counts, and other data shown in the illustrations on this pre-launch site are sample data for demonstration only and may not reflect real values. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before acting. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or these Terms;
• Provide false information or impersonate any person or entity;
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data at scale, or use bots to submit forms;
• Introduce malware or use the Service to transmit harmful code;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service and all of its content, including the WorldLens name and mark, the site design, text, graphics, illustrations, and software, are owned by WorldLens or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. We appreciate feedback and are not required to keep it confidential.

Third-party content

The Service may reference or draw on third-party data sources and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, data accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDLENS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldLens from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and ask to be removed from the early-access list at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify people on the early-access list. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WorldLens regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
