Website & development status
These draft terms address the WorldLens informational website and waitlist. They are not adopted service terms. WorldLens is operated by WorldLens LLC, based in New York, United States. General enquiries can be sent to hello@worldlens.io.
WorldLens is being developed to help readers understand world events, contributing factors, connections and uncertainty. Descriptions of future capabilities are statements of direction, not commitments that every feature will be released.

Examples & information
Prepared examples illustrate how the proposed experience may work. They are not live news reports, verified company exposure, forecasts or personalized recommendations.
Explanations may be incomplete or change as evidence changes. Consider the underlying sources, assumptions and limitations before relying on information. Website content is not a substitute for qualified financial, legal or other professional advice where needed.

Joining the waitlist
Joining requests launch updates. It does not create a product account, purchase a service, guarantee access, reserve a price or establish a launch date.
Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Information handling is described in the Privacy draft. Signup-removal instructions are available on the signup-management page.

Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, or misuse signup and contact features to impersonate others or send unwanted messages.
These provisions do not restrict activity protected by applicable law.

Website materials & external links
Use of website materials remains subject to applicable intellectual-property law and any stated licence. No ownership of WorldLens branding or website content is transferred through use of the site. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
External sites, where linked, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not establish WorldLens’s control of or endorsement of all external content.

Availability & your rights
The development website may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Product features and launch timing are not guaranteed.
This draft does not introduce a liability cap, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or governing-law clause. Those matters require legal review before these terms are adopted. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes & contact
Final terms and their effective date must be provided before adoption. Any future account, paid service or materially different product may require additional terms.
